The house

The villa offers 4,700 sq. ft. of living space with floor-to-ceiling windows, sectional seating, a home theater and a dining area seating ten that opens to a lanai. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a center island, wraparound counters, a breakfast nook, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and ice machine. A BBQ is available.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater pool with waterfall overflow, an adjacent hot tub, a fire pit lounge, lawns, multiple covered lanais, shaded dining and lounging areas, an outdoor shower and a private yard. The lawn leads directly to the beachfront. Paddleboards, kayaks, beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards are available; beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.

The primary bedroom has ocean views and lanai access, and Guest Bedroom 2 also has ocean views. Guest Bedroom 3 has garden views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite. Split air conditioning serves the main living areas and bedrooms. Other facilities include smart TVs, satellite or cable television, children's toys, laptop-friendly workspaces, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, ceiling fans and free parking. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The home is offered for monthly rental with exclusive 30-day occupancy per reservation period. An on-site caretaker maintains the grounds and provides support. Costco, Honolulu restaurants, Ala Moana Center, Waikiki nightlife and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport are a short drive away.
