House rules
Book the entire home; individual rooms cannot be booked separately. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Loud music is permitted only within limits and during specific hours. Events and film, photo or advertisement shoots require the home owner's approval. All experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability. Optional experiences have starting charges: karaoke setup ₹5,000 one time; candlelight dinner setup for two ₹2,000 one time; live artist/live events ₹15,000 one time; traditional meal ₹999 per person per plate; room decoration ₹3,500 one time; celebration decoration ₹5,000 one time; garden/poolside breakfast setup for two ₹2,500 one time; picnic for two ₹2,000 one time; match screening/movie night with snacks ₹6,500 one time; trek and picnic by the stream ₹500 per person; high tea on the lawn ₹1,000 per night; barbecue ₹850 per person per night; coffee cupping ₹250 per person per night; high tea in a gazebo ₹1,000 per night; bonfire nights ₹1,000 per night. Roads connecting to the property are good; check road and weather conditions before driving. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor.
