Questions guests ask before booking

Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Is outside food allowed, and can guests access the kitchen?
Guests cannot access the kitchen, except that mothers of infants or small children have limited access to boil milk or prepare their children's meals. Guests can order food online.
Is smoking or alcohol consumption permitted?
Smoking is allowed only outside, on a balcony or sit-out area. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits; late-night revelry and loud music are discouraged.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are described as good, but guests should check road and weather conditions before leaving for a road trip.
