## About the house

The villa stands on approximately 14,000 m² of fenced grounds with panoramic views of the surrounding fields and mountains. Outdoor facilities include tables and chairs, six sunbeds, a porch with a barbecue, and table tennis. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres and is 1.2–2.1 metres deep.

Inside, a high-ceilinged living room with satellite TV opens onto the dining kitchen. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and cooking equipment. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Two bedrooms are downstairs, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The two downstairs bathrooms comprise one shower room and one bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. All bedrooms overlook the fields and pool. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available.

Air conditioning serves all bedrooms and the living room. Oil-fired central heating is available for an extra charge with 48 hours' notice. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking for three cars are available. Capdepera town is 3.8 km away and Cala Son Moll beach in Cala Ratjada is 6.8 km away.

Pets and events are not allowed. Optional oil-fired central heating costs extra and requires 48 hours' notice; consult the advertiser for charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
