## About the house

The 230 m² house was renovated in 2013 and stands on a 6,500 m² plot. All four bedrooms overlook the countryside or pool area. Three bedrooms each have two single beds, and the fourth has a double bed. There are three full bathrooms: two on the first floor and one on the ground floor.

The living room has sofas and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove, with an adjoining dining area. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, an ironing board and a cot are available.

Outside are a barbecue, two furnished porches with tables and chairs, sun loungers and a large garden with table tennis. Free uncovered parking accommodates up to six cars a few metres from the house. Surrounding paths offer opportunities for walking and cycling.

Cala Gran beach is 3 km away. The beaches of Mondragó Natural Park are a 10-minute drive away, while Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi are a 20-minute drive away. Cala d'Or has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy and a medical centre. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
