The house

The rustic-style house has a heated ground-floor living room with Smart TV, a CD player and books, plus a separate dining room. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Four bedrooms are on the ground floor: two with a double bed each, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. Bedroom 1 has an en suite shower bathroom. A second bathroom with a bathtub is available to all guests. The fifth bedroom, with two single beds, is upstairs. All five bedrooms have air conditioning, radiators and wardrobes. A cot and highchair can be provided.

Outside are a saltwater pool measuring 6.5 m in diameter and 1.4 m deep, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a garden, a terrace and a barbecue area with a dining table on the porch. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are available. Towels, a hair dryer and fans are provided.

Cala Binibeca beach is 1.4 km away and Binibeca is 1 km away. Menorca Airport is 15.6 km away, the Sant Lluís bus stop is 6.7 km away and the Maó ferry is 13.7 km away. A supermarket is 0.95 km away. The fireplace cannot be used.
