The house

The two-storey house has a ground-floor living room with satellite TV, a connecting dining area seating 10 with air conditioning, and a separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. A second living room is upstairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with a cot and high chair for guests travelling with a baby.

The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower or bathtub: two have one double bed each and two have two single beds each. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and oil central heating.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 9 × 5 metres and is 1–1.8 metres deep. Its enclosed area has sunbeds and a barbecue; the house also has a porch for outdoor meals. The estate is fenced and offers privacy. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for five cars are available.

The estate is surrounded by fields in the municipality of Campos, closer to Santanyí, which is 9 km away and has services for the stay. Cala Santanyí beach is 13.7 km away. Es Trenc, Cala Llombards, Cala Figuera and Mondragó Natural Park are nearby destinations.
