House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. All guests must follow Dwell’s good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Obtain a parking pass at the guard gate on arrival and pay by credit/debit card on the first day: $10.00 per vehicle per day year-round or $50.00 per vehicle per month October–March. Motorcycle trailers cost $15 per day during the off-season; no trailers are allowed June–August.
Getting there
The condo is on the third floor, and an elevator is available. The oceanfront resort has direct beach access. Shopping, restaurants and Myrtle Beach State Park are a few minutes' drive away; central Myrtle Beach attractions are around seven miles away.
