The house

Myrsine 2 accommodates four guests in a first-floor apartment within a residence near Marina Maria beach. The covered terrace has an outdoor dining area and views of Tavolara island.

The living area has a double sofa bed, television, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven, fridge and freezer. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning and a washing machine are available.

The residence's shared swimming pool opens from 1 July to 15 September, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 18:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Murta Maria lies between two marine protected areas, near a white-sand cove and a saltwater lagoon visited by herons and pink flamingos. The surrounding area offers diving, underwater fishing, hiking and horse riding, along with nature trails of varying difficulty, services and restaurants serving traditional specialities. Nearby places include Le Saline, Porto Istana, Li Cuncheddi, Vacche beach and Capo Coda Cavallo. Olbia airport is 11 minutes away by car; the port is 16 minutes from the apartment.
