The first level has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a recreation room with a queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette, and laundry facilities. The private pool and hot tub are on this level.

The second level has a king ensuite bedroom with a private deck, a queen ensuite bedroom with deck access, and a bedroom with a double/twin bunk set and a trundle. A separate den has a queen sleeper sofa and access to a shared full bathroom. A half bathroom is on level 2.5.

The third level contains a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower, whirlpool and private deck. The great room has cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors, alongside a kitchen with granite countertops and an island bar sink, a dining area and wraparound decking with ocean views. A ship’s watch on level 3.5 provides another ocean-view sitting area. The home has multiple TVs and a gas grill on level 3.

Homeowner-provided Beach Cabana Service runs May 25–September 12, 2026, with setup of one umbrella and two beach chairs. Buck Island community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a playground, parking and beach access. Community facility availability varies; some facilities are seasonal or may require a fee. Estimated sleeping capacity is 16.
