The house has a furnished porch with a dining table and a mobile charcoal barbecue. Upstairs, a sea-view terrace has sun loungers and direct access from the double bedroom. Depending on tides and wind, washed-up Posidonia can produce a strong smell along the shore.

The ground floor contains a living-dining room with satellite TV and children's games, a fully equipped gas kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Fans are provided throughout this floor. Upstairs there is a second double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
