The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
