Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Use electricity and water responsibly: electricity is solar-powered and water is delivered by truck. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

Platja den Repic is 2 km away. Port de Sóller is a few minutes’ drive away; Sóller town is 6.4 km away. The final access road is uneven, so a vehicle with some ground clearance is recommended. Exterior parking accommodates three cars. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 35.8 km away; the train station in Port de Sóller is 3.1 km away and its bus stop is 3.4 km away. Puerto de Palma ferry terminal is 35.5 km away and Hospital Universitari Son Espases is 25.3 km away.
