The house has a covered porch with a lounge area, an outdoor toilet and views towards the Serra de Tramuntana and Port de Sóller. The private saltwater pool measures 7 × 3 metres and is 1.5 metres deep.

The single-floor interior has an open living and dining area with a fireplace, Smart TV and large windows, alongside a fully equipped gas kitchen. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, fan and wardrobe; one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has two bunk beds with single beds. A separate bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided. The laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, a barbecue, microwave and outdoor parking for three cars are available.

The house runs on solar energy and receives water deliveries by truck, so responsible electricity and water consumption is recommended. Port de Sóller is a few minutes’ drive away. The final approach is uneven, and a vehicle with some ground clearance is recommended.

Platja den Repic is 2 km away. Port de Sóller is a few minutes’ drive away; Sóller town is 6.4 km away. The final access road is uneven, so a vehicle with some ground clearance is recommended. Exterior parking accommodates three cars. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 35.8 km away; the train station in Port de Sóller is 3.1 km away and its bus stop is 3.4 km away. Puerto de Palma ferry terminal is 35.5 km away and Hospital Universitari Son Espases is 25.3 km away.

Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges.
