The house

The house has polished concrete floors, a contemporary monochromatic interior, an open-plan living area with a large L-shaped couch, and a separate cinema with reclining seats. Central heating and cooling serve the home.

Six bedrooms provide three king beds and six single beds. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite with a walk-in shower and two shower heads, and sliding doors to the backyard. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub; a powder room is located in the laundry area.

The kitchen has a gas stovetop and microwave, with a fridge, toaster and coffee machine in the butler's pantry. The indoor dining table seats eleven. The covered outdoor dining area has wicker seating for ten, a gas BBQ and ceiling fans overlooking the lawn. There is a garden, a private entrance, garage parking, free on-premises parking and free street parking.

Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer and iron are available. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector.
