The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Dogs are welcome; no other pets are allowed. Optional pool heating requires a request and an additional service fee, with a minimum of three-day blocks per request.

Palm Canyon Drive is a short stroll away, and Ruth Hardy Park is within walking distance. The primary and third bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.
