The connected living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen overlook a private pool yard with mountain views. Outdoor features include an inground pool with integrated spa, a gas-plumbed barbecue, chaise loungers, a living pavilion, seating, shade umbrellas and a fire feature. Inside are midcentury-inspired furnishings, four flat-screen televisions, upgraded climate control and a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a smart TV and ample storage. Built in 1960, the home was designed by architects Wexler and Harrison as part of Roy Fey’s Caballeros Estates.
