House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies for additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Any remaining payments must be made in cash. Bed linen is not supplied. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor in a nightlife area, with bars and restaurants open until late.
