Mouraria Urban Apartment occupies the third floor and has two bedrooms with two double beds in total. Bathroom facilities comprise one bathroom with a bathtub, one bathroom with a shower and one separate toilet.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine and iron are provided. Internet, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.

A baby travel bed is available on request. Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A confirmation voucher provides reservation details and information about additional services.

The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
