## About the house

The condo has a full kitchen with an electric glass-top stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A coat rack and shoe rack provide storage near the entrance. The dining table seats six, and the living room has an L-shaped sectional sleeper sofa and a 36-inch television with cable and Blu-ray playback.

The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, with a bathroom with a shower on the same floor. Carpeted stairs lead to the second-floor primary bedroom, which has a king bed, a slanted A-frame ceiling, a cable television and a view. The upstairs landing has an extra twin futon mattress and closet space. The second-floor bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

A wooden deck wraps around the triplex. The outdoor patio has a shared six-person hot tub, a grill, a table and chairs; padded chairs are also outside the living-room door. Heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, toiletries and room-darkening shades are provided. A washer and dryer are in the east garage. Children's dinnerware and playground/play-area access are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Resort amenities access is offered.

The free Vail shuttle stops a three-minute walk away and runs every 15 minutes, serving Cascade Lift, Lion's Head and Vail Village. Gore Creek is a short walk away, with kayaking, fishing, sledding and a children's playground nearby.
