The house

Mountainside Resort F302 is an 823-square-foot condo with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, mountain views, a private balcony with access to the resort grounds, and a living area with a gas fireplace. Air conditioning, heating, hot water, television, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available.

The full kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and a dining area. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Laundry amenities include a washer and dryer and shared coin laundry. The condo has a private entrance and self check-in.

Resort amenities include a year-round heated indoor pool and hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, basketball, playground and garden grounds. A gazebo, charcoal grills and outdoor dining areas are available for gathering when weather permits. Baby safety gear, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. Children are welcome.

The Stowe Recreation Path is a short walk away. Restaurants, breweries, shops and Stowe Village are nearby, with convenient access to the free shuttle to Stowe Mountain Resort. Parking accommodates two cars, and a car is necessary. Nearby outdoor activities include hiking, mountain biking, golf, skiing and snowboarding.

Important water restriction: Mountainside Resort has a do-not-drink water mandate due to elevated PFAS levels. Condo water must only be used for purposes where it is not consumed. Drinkable water is provided in the unit, with additional drinkable water available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Follow all resort water-use instructions.
