House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh to be scheduled and paid through the Reservation Team. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning, arranged and charged through the Reservation Team. Reservations are confirmed after the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Vail InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.
Getting there
Skiing and town are within walking distance; ski shuttle service is available. Valet parking is limited to two cars and operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
