The house

This 900-square-foot, single-level condo sleeps six and has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is on the ground floor of a remodeled building and has a private entrance. A seasonal outdoor community pool is behind the building.

The living area has a gas fireplace with a flatscreen TV above it, and the bedroom has a second TV. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen basics. A preparation island has bar seating for two, alongside a breakfast nook and dining area.

A small patio provides outdoor seating. The condo also includes a private washer/dryer, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, a dedicated workspace and free high-speed Wi-Fi. A ski locker is near the building entrance, and parking accommodates two cars. Bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and room-darkening shades are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center (SHaRC) is 0.3 miles away. This separate resort-owned facility is open year-round and available to guests for day-use fees, with discounts available. Facilities include indoor pools, hot tubs, yoga and fitness programs, a weight room and a sauna. The area offers skiing and winter sports, summer hiking and golf, and autumn foliage viewing.
