The house

The home has an open-plan living area with wood-beamed ceilings, a wet bar and decorative stone fireplaces. The kitchen has an oversized island and high-end appliances, with an adjoining dining space overlooking the mountains. A dedicated media room has a 76-inch flatscreen TV and sectional seating. Outside are a pool and spa with a waterfall feature, lounge areas, dining for eight, a built-in BBQ, a wet bar and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The casita has its own entrance and kitchenette. The advertised five-bedroom sleeping layout includes three main-house bedrooms, a private den/office with a queen sleeper sofa, and the casita. The media room has an additional convertible sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
