The house

The villa overlooks the golf resort complex and has a sunny living area, air-conditioning, a large private entertaining balcony and views of the mountains and/or resort complex. Ramp access is provided, and the accommodation extends over two levels. Each of the two bedrooms has a king bed that can be configured as two singles on request.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Other facilities include a dining table, barbecue and utensils, outdoor seating, washer, dryer, heating, indoor fireplace, TV, board games and a bathtub. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street; a garage and private entrance are also listed.

Weekenda reservations include access to the public bar and restaurant and the shared Owners/Hillside Pool. The pool opens at the start of the NSW September school holidays and closes immediately after the NSW Easter school holidays. Access does not include the Oaks-managed resort/lagoon pool, gym or tennis courts; golf rounds and tennis court hire can be arranged separately through the Pro Shop.

Nearby attractions include Pokolbin wineries, restaurants, the Health Retreat & Spa and local golf courses. One set of bed linen and one bath towel per person are supplied; bring pool, lake and beach towels. Each shower has a bottle of combined shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome, and long-term stays are allowed.
