# Mountain View Retreat within Cypress Lakes Resort Pokolbin, New South Wales, Australia (general area) ## About the house The villa overlooks the golf resort complex and has a sunny living area, air-conditioning, a large private entertaining balcony and views of the mountains and/or resort complex. Ramp access is provided, and the accommodation extends over two levels. Each of the two bedrooms has a king bed that can be configured as two singles on request. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. Other facilities include a dining table, barbecue and utensils, outdoor seating, washer, dryer, heating, indoor fireplace, TV, board games and a bathtub. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street; a garage and private entrance are also listed. Weekenda reservations include access to the public bar and restaurant and the shared Owners/Hillside Pool. The pool opens at the start of the NSW September school holidays and closes immediately after the NSW Easter school holidays. Access does not include the Oaks-managed resort/lagoon pool, gym or tennis courts; golf rounds and tennis court hire can be arranged separately through the Pro Shop. Nearby attractions include Pokolbin wineries, restaurants, the Health Retreat & Spa and local golf courses. One set of bed linen and one bath towel per person are supplied; bring pool, lake and beach towels. Each shower has a bottle of combined shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bring your own pool towels. Complimentary Wi-Fi; speed and performance are not guaranteed by Weekenda, and service interruptions are not compensated. Breaches may result in loss of the security bond, eviction and/or additional charges. A noise monitor is installed; disconnecting, removing or damaging it attracts fines. There are no external security cameras at the villa, but cameras operate in resort communal commercial areas; future external camera installation is reserved subject to local regulations. All guests must complete electronic registration and identity verification before arrival. Bookings made within five days of arrival require additional matching payment-card verification; failure to match the required documents results in cancellation and return of funds to the original card. Reductions in booked guest numbers are non-refundable. Bring pool, lake and beach towels and preferred personal bathroom products. Travel insurance is recommended; concert cancellations, illness and other emergencies do not override the standard refund terms.
