The house

The condo accommodates up to eight guests and has one bedroom, two lofts, five beds and two bathrooms. Its interior features artwork, knotty alder and mountain-style furniture, with a gas fireplace and electric heating. Renovations include kitchen appliances, cabinets, tile floors, carpet, furniture and decor. Linens, upgraded sheets, down comforters and towels are provided. A portable air-conditioning unit is available for summer cooling, and the home has a washer and dryer. The deck has a gas barbecue and patio furniture.

Shared Red Pine facilities include a clubhouse, two full-size swimming pools, a children's pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. One swimming pool is heated to 100 degrees in winter. Shared hot tubs are not guaranteed during summer months. Tennis and sand volleyball courts are a minute away.

Buses to all Park City ski areas stop at the entrance to Red Pine. Park City Mountain Resort, Old Town Park City and Deer Valley are five minutes away; Snowbird and Alta are 40 minutes away. The area has seven local mountain golf clubs, with 58 golf courses within an hour's drive of Park City.
