House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €110 per booking, and a cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Garage parking, heating, Internet access, tourist tax and arrival outside office hours are listed as included.
Getting there
The apartment is in central Kirchberg in Tirol. A bus stop is 30 metres away; the Talstation KitzSki Maierlbahn ski slope is 1.7 km away; Badesee Kirchberg is a 10-minute walk away; and the Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee golf course is 3.2 km away. Garage parking is near the building, stated as 60 metres from the apartment.
