The apartment is on the second floor above Cafe Lorenzoni and has east- and south-facing balconies with views over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains. It has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed. The living room has cable TV, Netflix and a large pull-out single sofa bed for a fifth guest. There is one bathroom with a shower, WC and wash basin, plus an additional guest toilet. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, combination oven/microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, a lift, central heating, shared heated ski-room and bicycle storage, shared laundry with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and free garage parking 60 metres from the apartment. The bus stop is 30 metres away. Restaurants, bars and cafés are within walking distance; hiking and biking routes begin nearby. Badesee Kirchberg is a 10-minute walk away. The Fleckalm and Maierlbahn gondolas are a few minutes away by car or bus.

## What is the cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation penalty from the booking date until 29 days before check-in. From 28 to 8 days before check-in, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. From 7 days before check-in through check-in, and in case of no-show, the charge is 100% of the total rent.
