House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited; music played indoors must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. A two-night minimum stay applies.
Getting there
The condo has two levels. Downtown Palm Springs is six miles away.
