House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day; check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is held by credit-card pre-authorisation and is payable on arrival. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €280 per booking, and a cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Heating, internet access, garage and parking, certified disinfection and tourist tax are included. Arrival outside the stated hours is included.
Getting there
The KitzSki Maierlbahn valley station is 1.3 km away and the town centre is 700 m away. The Badesee is a short walk away. The apartment is on the second floor and the building has a lift. Skiing back to the apartment may be possible when snow conditions permit.
