The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with either a shower or bath, washbasin and WC. It has a modern open-plan kitchen with marble worktops, dishwasher, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, freezer, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The living room has cable TV, Netflix and a stereo. There is a large balcony with panoramic views over Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains, an additional guest WC, four TVs, satellite TV, central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and dryer. A lift serves the building. Shared facilities include a heated ski room with private lockers for skis and boots, mountain-bike storage and bicycle parking. Two underground parking spaces are available in the same building. The property is 1.3 km from the KitzSki Maierlbahn valley station and 700 m from the town centre. The Badesee is a short walk away, and skiing back to the apartment may be possible when snow conditions permit.

A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is held by credit-card pre-authorisation and is payable on arrival. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €280 per booking, and a cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Heating, internet access, garage and parking, certified disinfection and tourist tax are included. Arrival outside the stated hours is included.
