The decorated great room and modern kitchen feature a large stone fireplace and windows across the front of the home. Outdoor spaces include a large front deck and a private hot tub. Downstairs entertainment includes movie watching and an air hockey table. Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer are available; the home does not have air-conditioning.

The home is in the center of Government Camp, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Mt. Hood Ski Bowl is in Government Camp, while Timberline Resort and Mt. Hood Meadows are each less than 11 miles from the home. Trillium Lake is four miles away and offers boating, swimming, fishing, a fishing pier, hiking and biking.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless unit-specific terms or law specify a different minimum, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the posted maximum of 13. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is not permitted.

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including decks, porches and outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. An animal-free or allergen-free history is not guaranteed.

Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. The renter is responsible for all guests and for damage or loss during the stay, subject to booking-channel terms. Unit-specific terms override the general rental terms; booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
