House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed. A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the team's local address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh; stays of 30 nights or more require additional paid cleaning. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival access information is released. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability. The initial 50% payment is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, payments are non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable.

Getting there

The home is directly on the Misty Maiden Ski Run off Lift Four and within walking distance of the gondola. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to one car. The central location can be busy during peak seasons. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates. No hot tub is available. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
