The house

The studio occupies a quieter area of the resort's main building, which also houses a restaurant, deli, fitness area and racquetball court. It has one bathroom, a private entrance, heating, ceiling fans and a full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and dining area.

Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television, books and a video library are provided. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and a safe are available. Laundry amenities include a washer and dryer and shared coin laundry. Parking accommodates two cars. The single-level home has elevator access and is advertised as wheelchair accessible.

Resort amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness facilities and a grill/BBQ. Amenities are scheduled to open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and are managed by Mountain Green property management; current access is subject to its amenities schedule. Concierge and in-home services are offered. Children are welcome, and baby safety gear is provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Intermittent construction affects all three resort buildings during ongoing upgrades. Work typically runs from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with possible evening and weekend work. Construction staff may need access to the rental, with advance contact.

Killington offers seasonal skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, tubing, hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking and golf. Killington/Pico Adventure Park is down the road and offers activities including a mountain coaster and zip lines.
