Before you book
House rules
Smoking is not allowed. The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome. Construction work normally runs Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM, but may continue until dusk or on weekends. Guests will be contacted if construction workers need access to the condo.
Getting there
The condo is on an upper floor at the back of the resort. Killington Resort is a half-mile south. A car is not necessary. The winter shuttle runs only on weekends and holidays. Ongoing building construction may cause disruption and require access to the condo after guests are contacted.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at firstchair.com.
