The house

The 1,054-square-foot condo accommodates up to six guests in two private bedrooms plus a separate sleeping den, with 1.5 bathrooms. The living room has an electric fireplace and a television with streaming and cable/satellite. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics and a dining area. Air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available.

Guests have access to shared resort facilities including indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center, basketball and racquetball. Amenities are open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM. Outdoor facilities include a shared grilling area, community firepit, garden/backyard, outdoor seating and a play area. The condo also has a balcony or patio. On-site services include a ski shop, shared coin-operated laundry, a seasonal restaurant and spa services. A free seasonal shuttle serves Killington's lifts during ski season.

The condo has a private entrance and self check-in, with access without navigating stairs; an elevator is also available. Parking accommodates two cars. A bathtub, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, hair dryer and hangers are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Construction is ongoing inside and outside the condominium buildings, affecting the air system, hallways, and fire and sprinkler systems.
