The house

The 900-square-foot condo has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a balcony, a private entrance and a full kitchen updated with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen equipment includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and cooking basics, with a dining area. Heating, hot water, a fireplace, television, board games, books and a video library are available. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and extra pillows and blankets are provided.

Shared resort facilities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, saunas, steam room, locker rooms, game room, racquetball court, BBQ area, firepit, restaurant and vending machines. Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are available in each building. Resort amenities have seasonal availability, with published daily hours of 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.; they close toward the end of March annually for spring maintenance. Mountain Green property management controls amenity schedules.

The condo is at the base of the mountain, half a mile from Snowshed Base Lodge, reachable on foot or by a free daily shuttle. Skiing, golf, shops and restaurants are nearby. Construction is ongoing across all Mountain Green buildings, typically from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, with possible evening and weekend work.

The property offers self check-in, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and parking for one car. An elevator is available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
