House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days of check-in results in a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Stays of thirty nights or more are non-refundable. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays greater than thirty nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team at additional cost. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

Skiing and town are within walking access. The gondola at Mountain Village core is very close. A maximum of one car is permitted at the property; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
