## About the house

The centrally heated, double-glazed home has open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. Outside are a fully fenced front yard, a large deck and outdoor seating with a garden table and chairs. Reserves and playgrounds are at the doorstep. The BBQ is unavailable during winter.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has two bunk beds, and bedroom 3 has a California king that can be split into two king singles. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a basin, toilet and shower, and a portacot is available there. The main bathroom has a basin, toilet, shower and bath. A hairdryer is provided.

Entertainment includes a games room with a pool table and table tennis, a Smart TV, Freeview, Wi-Fi, books, games, children's toys and a stereo radio. Heaters and fans are provided. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, hobs, toaster and kettle. Bring your own Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee pods. A dedicated laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels, with pillows and duvets provided. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. Off-road parking is available.
