The house

This updated, single-story condo has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and tongue-and-groove paneling, clerestory windows and a skylight. The open great room includes two armchairs, a couch, a TV and a gas fireplace. A dining table seats six, and the kitchen island provides breakfast-bar seating for four. The equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a beverage cooler, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

The balcony has mountain views and a two-person bistro set. Back-porch ski racks provide winter gear storage, and an in-unit washer and dryer are available year-round. Both bedrooms have a king bed and a TV. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination; the guest bedroom uses a shared bathroom with a shower. A full-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly area, on-site parking and a garage are available. Kitchen, laundry and bath starter essentials are provided. Main Street's shops and restaurants and Town Lift are a two-minute walk away.
