The house

Built in 1954 and remodeled, Mostero House has more than 3,000 square feet of living space, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, and an additional lounge with a bar and adjacent spa room. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms. Two primary king suites have direct access to the pool area or front patio. The bed configuration is king, king, queen, and a king that can alternatively be arranged as two twin beds. Nine exterior murals were created for the property by Zio Ziegler. The home was featured on the 2018 Modernism Week Signature Home Tour. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and cooking utensils. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron/ironing board are provided.
