## About the house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests and has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Every bedroom has private deck access, and an elevator serves all levels, including the ground entrance.

Level 2 has two king ensuite bedrooms, a queen ensuite bedroom, a room with two twin beds and a room with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. The twin and bunk rooms share a bathroom. A laundry room is also on this level. Level 3 has another king ensuite bedroom, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen with island seating, a dining area and a secluded sun room with a TV/reading area. Two king ensuites have whirlpool tubs.

Outdoor facilities include a private optionally heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and a private beach walkway without steps. Five beach chairs are provided. Beach Cabana Plus provides two umbrellas and six beach chairs May 25–September 12, 2026, and May 31–September 11, 2027.

Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, municipal water, multiple TVs/DVDs and streaming TV. Satellite TV is available in 2026; cable TV begins in 2027. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a blender, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. K Club Golf and the Welcome Program are available.

The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027. Parking accommodates six vehicles. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Private outdoor pool; published size 15 × 35. Regular opening dates are April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Optional heating costs $450 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. For 2027, extended opening is available from April 11 and extended closing through October 16, for $400 plus tax per week to extend pool dates.

Oceanfront with a private beach walkway without steps. An elevator serves all levels, including the ground entrance. Parking is limited to six vehicles. Duck's beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. No pets. Sunday check-in and checkout. Optional pool heating costs $450 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. Extending pool dates in 2027 costs $400 plus tax per week.
