## About the house

The house accommodates up to six guests and has two bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have one queen bed, and the third has two single beds. Linen is provided. Facilities include a kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, BBQ grill, heating, ceiling fan, indoor fireplace, hot water, shower, spa, TV, DVD player and smoke detector. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. The holiday home is privately occupied rather than shared and is professionally managed with 24/7 local support.

The house is built on two levels. The main beach, shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. Parking is limited to two car spaces.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless Pets Welcome is advertised, pets are strictly prohibited. Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
