House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 19. Smoking, vaping, parties and events are prohibited, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Up to two well-trained dogs are allowed with advance notification; they must be crated whenever their owner is absent. A non-refundable $200 fee per dog, a $100 cleaning fee and applicable taxes apply. Check-in on December 25 is unavailable. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays vary by date from two to seven nights.
Getting there
Ski access is generally available during peak winter season, late December to mid-February, weather permitting. Allow around a five-minute walk to the nearest run or lift; driving is not needed for this access. Use the ski trail next to the bridge leading to Base Lodge and return via Home Again Trail. Historic downtown Whitefish and City Beach are each 15 minutes away; Glacier National Park is one hour away. A free S.N.O.W. bus stop is nearby.
