## About the house

This 3,500-square-foot home accommodates up to 19 guests in four bedrooms and additional sleeping areas, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The open-plan great room has cathedral ceilings, slope and mountain views, reclaimed wood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa, chairs and a TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has commercial-grade appliances and granite countertops. The dining table seats 10, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The outdoor deck has mountain views, a propane grill, an outdoor dining table and a private hot tub.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, designated workspace and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Additional bedrooms and sleeping areas are on the lower level. There are two laundry rooms, a washer and dryer, and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials.

On-site parking and a garage are available. A free S.N.O.W. bus stop is nearby. Historic downtown Whitefish and City Beach are each 15 minutes away, and Glacier National Park is one hour away.

Ski access is generally available during peak winter season, late December to mid-February, weather permitting. Allow around a five-minute walk to the nearest run or lift; driving is not needed for this access. Use the ski trail next to the bridge leading to Base Lodge and return via Home Again Trail. Historic downtown Whitefish and City Beach are each 15 minutes away; Glacier National Park is one hour away. A free S.N.O.W. bus stop is nearby.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 19. Smoking, vaping, parties and events are prohibited, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, golf parties and weddings. Up to two well-trained dogs are allowed with advance notification; they must be crated whenever their owner is absent. A non-refundable $200 fee per dog, a $100 cleaning fee and applicable taxes apply. Check-in on December 25 is unavailable. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays vary by date from two to seven nights.
