There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 has a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, a game room with a pool table, full-size refrigerator and commercial-sized ice machine, and a laundry area. This level opens to the private pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. Level 1.5 has a queen ensuite bedroom. Level 2 has a queen-and-twin ensuite bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, a bedroom with a twin/twin bunk set and double/twin duo bunk, and a full bathroom. Level 2.5 has a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower. Level 3 contains the ocean-view great room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area and half bathroom, with access to open decks and a gas grill. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Outdoor facilities include a fenced-in yard, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, volleyball and five beach chairs. The home also has multiple TVs, cable TV, a universal Clipper Creek electric vehicle charger beneath the front steps at the northeast corner, and an outdoor security camera facing the street or driveway. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. Free long-distance calling is available within the continental United States. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026. An electric fireplace replaces it in 2027, available January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31.
