The property is for adults only and is not suitable for persons under 28 years of age without prior approval. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable. Parties are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Breaching these policies results in cancellation. Bedroom 4's two single beds can be converted to a king upon request.
Getting there
The home is above Wategos Beach. A 50m pathway connects directly to the road beside Raes Restaurant, providing access to the beach. The property is suitable for adults and families, but the beach access route may require attention because the home is above the shoreline.
