House rules
No smoking. Maximum one dog; dogs must be well-behaved and housebroken. No dog weight limit. Cats are not permitted. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. The wood fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
Semi-oceanfront, with ocean access just steps away. Parking is limited to six vehicles. The home does not have access to the community tennis courts.
