The home also has an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and a wood fireplace with seasonal availability. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster.

Parking accommodates six vehicles. One well-behaved, housebroken dog is permitted with no weight limit; cats are not permitted. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. The home does not have access to the community tennis courts.
